Mark Johnson Excavating is a small, family run business in rural Idaho. The identity is intended to convey the company’s durability and reliability and reflect the community’s connection to the logging industry and outdoor recreation. In order to appeal to both building contractors and homeowners, the identity needed to be approachable but still fall within the construction aesthetic.
